From information gathered from the first two phases, Right Angle
drafts a one-year sales and marketing plan, presented to senior
management for feedback and refinement. The plan includes:
- Mission statement.
- Corporate goals.
- Marketing and sales objectives to meet goals.
- Overall high-level sales and marketing strategy.
- A strategy to integrate across all channels of communication:
- brand
- image
- key corporate and product messaging
- the value proposition and strategic advantage.
- Pricing (prior to market validation from early-adopter accounts).
- Required marketing and sales resources and timelines for execution,
further refined in Module 5.
In addition, Right Angle will identify potential partners and suitors and arrange meetings.
