From information gathered from the first two phases, Right Angle drafts a one-year sales and marketing plan, presented to senior management for feedback and refinement. The plan includes:

  1. Mission statement.
  2. Corporate goals.
  3. Marketing and sales objectives to meet goals.
  4. Overall high-level sales and marketing strategy.
  5. A strategy to integrate across all channels of communication:
    - brand
    - image
    - key corporate and product messaging
    - the value proposition and strategic advantage.
  6. Pricing (prior to market validation from early-adopter accounts).
  7. Required marketing and sales resources and timelines for execution, further refined in Module 5.

In addition, Right Angle will identify potential partners and “suitors” and arrange meetings.
